I understand that spa, massage, skincare, body, waxing, nail and beauty services are for relaxation, wellness and/or cosmetic purposes and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. I agree to report discomfort, sensitivity or changes in my condition. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed. I authorize TheSpa@39 and its trained professionals to perform my selected services, and understand that treatment may be modified, postponed or declined if unsafe or contraindicated.

I acknowledge the booking policy: 24 hours’ notice for cancellation and 8 hours’ notice for rescheduling. Late cancellations may attract the applicable charge and no-shows may be charged 100%.
